What We Do
Once the decision has been made to crystalise all of the effort, blood, sweat and tears that has been invested in to founding, nurturing and growing a business, an owner needs to be confident that they will ultimately realise the maximum amount of money possible for their endeavours.
The team at CorpFin have spent the past two decades building long standing relationships with many of the major players in industry, private equity, corporate finance and the professions. A business owner when engaging CorpFin to sell their business can be supremely confident that it will be given the maximum possible amount of exposure to potential acquirers, which in turn will ensure that the fullest price possible is achieved.
The incumbent management team of an organisation are often the most obvious and appropriate acquirers of a business. CorpFin works exclusively with management teams in relation to a MBO (buy side) to agree a price for the business with the vendor, raise the requisite debt and equity to fund the transaction and offers guidance and assistance throughout the legal process required to make the transaction a reality.
CorpFin raises both debt and equity growth capital for its clients. The funding is sourced from specialist EBITDA multiple lending debt funds, private equity firms and high-net-worth individuals.
We act for businesses that are in some form of financial distress. When the chips are down it is important that a business owner has someone on their side that can empathise with their current situation, offer sensible, pragmatic advice and access the necessary funding to complete a transaction.
